Just a couple things....
For those that are interested, I will be home Sept. 9-20. I fly into Detroit late Sat. the 9th and fly out in the late afternoon/early evening of Wed. the 20th. Some planned festivities is Jon's 21st birthday on Fri. the 15th and Stephie's wedding on the 16th. No other plans so hit me up sometime before then if you want to get together.

Happy Memorial Day!!
Hope everyone had a safe and fun Memorial Day. Sarah, Bryan, Colleen, Alan and I went camping with the White family and friends this weekend. It was one cold weekend let me tell you. Friday night Alan and I froze in the tent despite being zipped together in the sleeping bags for warmth. On Saturday we anticipated rain, however, it started with snow then turned to hail. It hailed on and off all day. By early evening it had changed to rain. It eventually stopped and turned into a clear sky but so cold. There wasn't a whole lot of movement from the campfire all day and night Saturday. We slept better since all of us got extra sleeping gear from Ernie and Jeff. Sunday was a much more beautiful day. It was much warmer. The 5 of us went hiking. It was a blast. Jeff and Kenny went swimming in the ice cold river. Those crazy katz. Sunday night was songs by the campfire. Our group slept late on Sunday. We packed up after/during breakfast and were headed out by noon. Stopped at a look out on our way down. After a good scrubbing, we ate leftovers at the Zera's. Alan's mom, brother, and dog joined us. It was a good relaxing end to the weekend. Alan is on his way home now, and I will probably go to work soon. Good times!
Bah!
Once again the stomach flu is going around at work. Leslie, Carol, and I were nauseated all day. I started yesterday afternoon, Carol last night, and Leslie this morning. Carol held it together until she was leaving and got sick in the parking lot. I have yet to get sick, however, still am nauseated. I've been nauseated for over 24 hours and it's getting old. I took a 2 hour nap when I got home and could totally go to sleep again. This sucks!
