It's a small world

On Monday I found out that one of my patients is from West Toledo. When she found out I was from Oak Harbor, she asked me if I shopped at Bassett's and we talked about the Bassett family a bit. Yesterday I evaluated a new patient. The patient's daughter asked me if I was from Michigan (from my 'accent'). I told her I went to school in Michigan, but was from Ohio. She told me she as her mother had family in Ann Arbor. I told her I went to a school called Eastern Michigan. She said her sister went to Eastern, and we chatted about EMU and Ann Arbor. Even more weird is that these 2 patients are roommates. It's like I walked into the Twilight Zone when I go in the room.
